Fabulous ocean views, a quiet setting and a sought-after North Nanaimo location! Offered for sale for the first time, this well-maintained 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been enjoyed by the same owners for over 30 years. The main living areas take advantage of the beautiful ocean views, while a distinctive five-window feature fills the living room with natural light. The kitchen is open to the dining area that offers sliding door access to the deck, where you can relax, entertain and enjoy the ocean outlook while overlooking the fenced portion of the yard. Three bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, including the primary bedroom with its own ensuite, along with a main bathroom and separate laundry room. Downstairs, a fourth bedroom, bathroom and additional living space provide plenty of flexibility. Set on a corner lot on a quiet no-through road, the property features mature landscaping, apple and fig trees, a fenced yard and a double garage/workshop. A solid home with vinyl windows provide a great starting point for someone ready to bring their own style and fresh ideas. The location is another highlight.
