1701 Ireland Road Unit# 8

Hurry on this large RV lot in The Woods at Seymour Arm. Finally, an affordable option to owning your very own RV lot! Escape to an off the grid paradise, close to the town and to the lake. 14 RV lots for sale for the very first time, all have water and a Health Canada approved Septic system already installed. 8 lots have power through a diesel generator on site, one 15 amp plug to charge your unit's batteries when needed. Once the development is sold out, the remaining 6 lots can have power installed if all in agreement. Cost will be minimal. You can also run off of your own generator if desired. Wow, this is a great opportunity to get away to enjoy the nature that surrounds us. From the roaring Seymour River to the crystal clear calm waters of Seymour Arm, this is the spot! The 1.87 acre parcel is fully fenced and features 14 beautifully set up lots, some even with a pole barn structure already in place. Occupancy is 6 months out of the year but your rig can stay on site year round. These are company share sales and are cash purchases, no financing is available. Be sure to gather more information, see more pictures, and watch a compelling aerial drone video before booking the time to go and view this off the grid development, you'll be glad that you did!
