Welcome to Baywater Estates RV Resort, a peaceful and beautifully maintained community just steps from the shoreline in sunny Qualicum Bay. This offering is a share sale for the RV lot only and the RV itself is not included. You’ll enjoy exclusive use of your site within a friendly, owner-run resort where pride of ownership is felt the moment you arrive. With a low monthly strata fee of $150, Baywater offers an affordable and relaxed way to enjoy Vancouver Island’s coast without the upkeep of a traditional home. The resort is managed by elected members, creating a calm, respectful, and well-organized environment that owners love. Life here is all about slowing down and soaking up the Island lifestyle. Mornings begin with ocean air drifting through the trees, and days unfold at your own pace. You can grab your kayak and wander across the road to Sunny Beach for a paddle or take a quiet walk along the sand with the sun on your shoulders. Evenings are for campfires, good company, and the kind of stillness you only find near the water. This lot is perfect for weekend escapes, snowbird living, or a coastal retreat. Baywater Estates is known for its quiet atmosphere, well kept grounds, and welcoming community spirit, a place where neighbors wave, the pace is gentle, and the beach is always calling.
