You will love the land; a full acre with forest to explore, creek life, and cleared area for gardens. This double wide manufactured home has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and open floor plan you’ll love. Bonus - brand new septic system ($31,000), municipal water, new flooring, 200-amp power pole.
