mihom in ChatGPT and Claude

Ask your AI assistant about homes for sale in British Columbia and Alberta, and it answers with mihom: live MLS® listings, market numbers and facts about the area, with a link back to mihom.ca for every home and search.

what it can do

• search_homes

Homes for sale in a city, town or neighbourhood, with optional type, bedrooms and price range. Market numbers for every match (count, median, price range, price bands, days on market) and the 8 newest matching listings, each linking to its page on mihom.

• get_listing

One active listing's details: price, rooms, size, lot, year built, strata fee, taxes, description, features, photos and the listing brokerage, with links to mihom and REALTOR.ca.

• area_insights

What a place is like to buy in: homes for sale by type and neighbourhood, asking prices, days on market, typical rent and drive times.

• find_realtor

REALTORS® with homes listed in a BC place, with their brokerage and their page on mihom.

Every tool only reads. Nothing is booked, sent or saved, and the app never asks for your location: you name a place.
