1048 and 1056 Waterford Road

This property offers the best of both worlds; the opportunity to have your own, private escape in a beautiful, peaceful location as well as a profitable turnkey business! These TWO year-round, tiny homes have served both as a personal family retreat and as an Airbnb for the past 4 years, making them a versatile investment. Situated on nearly 7 acres of private, wooded property with beautiful mountain and valley views, these tiny houses are located only a few minutes from Poley Mountain ski & bike hill, near ATV and hiking trails, and about 20 minutes from the entrance to Fundy Park and the Fundy Trail Parkway. It is also less than 20 mins to Sussex, making it an ideal base for year-round outdoor activities and an appealing location for a short-term rental. Across the street you will find Trout Creek, with its beautiful waterfalls and opportunities for fishing and swimming. The tiny homes (2) are tucked away separately on the property, with each offering all the comforts needed for a short or long-term stay, including covered porches with BBQs, fire pits, sleeping lofts, full kitchens and 3-pc bathrooms with full showers. Both tiny houses (240 sq ft and 160 sq ft respectively) also include septic, 100 amp panels, small wood stoves, baseboard heaters and reliable high-speed Internet. One of the tiny homes also includes the possibility of a 200 amp panel, meaning that a hot tub can be added for additional value. The property is being sold with everything included, making it a true turnkey business; the sellers are also offering the opportunity to take over their Airbnb account if desired, which has a 4.98 rating. This property is really one you have to experience in person to get a true sense of all that it offers; contact today to see for yourself!
