199 Fiander Road

Are you looking to connect with nature and enjoy the tranquility and solitude of a more peaceful lifestyle? This unique property was built with exactly that in mind. Nestled among the trees just minutes from St. Andrews and the highway to Saint John, this property would make a great cottage, home or AIRBNB option. The main structure features 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower, laundry area and a solar room which is an alternate source of heat in the spring and fall as well as offering the opportunity to grow your plants in a green house environment. The upstairs windows are triple glazed for added energy efficiency. The top floor is open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The home still needs some finishing touches allowing you to put your own preferences in place. A separate structure houses the main electrical panel and the hook up for a generator. A second building has been started which would make a great bunkie or work-shop - the choice is yours. A drilled well and septic are in place as well as electric heat. The builder of this home also was an avid boat builder and built and sailed many boats in many places. The nautical influence is evident throughout this structure as with the hatch leading to the rooftop - a wonderful place to sit and watch the stars. This property is a must to see!
