All three spacious bedrooms feature full ensuites, with the primary offering a relaxing jet tub. The open concept custom kitchen, dining area, and living room provide a stunning view of the bay, creating a bright and welcoming space. Step out the front door to a covered verandah—the perfect place to unwind and relax. If you’re lucky, you may even spot dolphins passing by. A separate rear patio area is ideal for BBQs and outdoor entertaining. The property is beautifully landscaped and features a brick paver double driveway and walkways for added curb appeal. And here’s something truly special: directly across the street sits your town registered 31' x 14' fishing shed and wharf, included in the sale. Opportunities like this don’t come along often. Remember when winter meant snowmobiling across the bay, skating on the ice, heading out for a day of fishing, and coming home tired, cold—and somehow still sweating? Remember sitting by the water and watching the fog roll in over the hills? Or looking out into the bay wondering if today might be the day the whales show up? Here, they still do. In winter, seals come to rest on the ice. When the bay freezes, it becomes your playground. In summer, take the boat out, fish for cod, explore the coastline, or simply sit by the water and listen to it rolling in. And beyond your doorstep, there’s moose, caribou, bear, rabbit, snowmobile trails, ice fishing, hunting and some of the most spectacular scenery Newfoundland has to offer. Gros Morne. The Tablelands. L’Anse aux Meadows. St. Anthony. Icebergs. The Strait of Belle Isle. And yes… the weather still sucks. But you know what? Sometimes that fog rolling through town on a summer evening is exactly what makes it feel like home. Maybe you’ve been away long enough. Maybe it’s time to come home!
