Rare opportunity to own 80 acres of secluded recreational and hunting land in the RM of Livingston, just north of Pelly. This property offers a strong mix of natural cover, open land, wildlife habitat, and river influence, making it well suited for hunting, recreation, exploring, or long term land ownership. The Swan River flows through the east side of the property, with a large natural overflow area creating excellent habitat for wildlife. The property also borders crown land to the west, adding to the privacy, recreational appeal, and overall outdoor experience.
